HM Hospitales Group Joins the ISERN Medical Experience

HM Hospitales, the leading private hospital group in Spain, has incorporated ISERN Medical Telecom technology into its rooms, allowing patients and their companions to enjoy entertainment content designed to enhance the patient experience and overall well-being.

So far, the company's technical team has installed nearly 600 state-of-the-art 43-inch IPTV screens across five of its hospitals located in Madrid, Barcelona, and Málaga. ISERN Medical technology will enable HM Hospitales Group to centrally control and broadcast corporate content on all screens installed in these facilities.

In Madrid, ISERN Medical has equipped patient rooms at HM Sanchinarro Hospital with 179 screens; HM Montepríncipe in Boadilla del Monte with 123; and HM Madrid Río with 59. At HM Nou Delfos in Barcelona, 167 terminals have been installed, and at HM Málaga Hospital, 56.

Additionally, the company plans to equip the rooms of HM Puerta del Sur Hospital in Móstoles (Madrid).

The installed monitors are distributed throughout spacious, bright, and comfortable rooms, providing advanced access to entertainment content for patients and their families, thereby enhancing their experience during their stay at the hospital.

HM Hospitales has implemented ISERN Medical's multi-screen solution, which integrates the Alexia Entertainment® software platform, professional ISERN monitors specifically designed for healthcare environments, and the H+SmartRoom application, which enables connectivity with the personal devices of both patients and companions.

This solution allows users to control the screens from their own devices, receive messages and information, and access individualized content for each patient - all of which support the hospital's digital transformation strategy.
