The Regional Minister of Enterprise visits the ISERN Medical Telecom facilities

Miquel Sàmper tours the company's headquarters in Vic (Barcelona) and has the opportunity to learn about the latest technology it has developed to improve the experience of patients admitted to the hospital.

The Regional Minister of Enterprise and Employment of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Miquel Sàmper, visited the ISERN Medical Telecom facilities. During his tour, Sàmper had the opportunity to learn about the latest innovations being implemented by the leading company in entertainment and technology solutions for hospital rooms.

State-of-the-art facility

The president of ISERN Medical Telecom, Marià Isern, along with several company executives, accompanied the regional minister during the visit. One of the spaces that attracted the most attention was the Research and Development Laboratory for Information and Communication Technologies Applied to Healthcare (IDETICS), a cutting-edge facility where innovations are generated and tested for use in the hospitals where the company operates.

In more than one hundred healthcare centers

ISERN Medical Telecom is present in more than one hundred healthcare centers in Spain, Italy, and Andorra, where it provides service to more than 25,000 hospital beds. The company also offers communication services between the hospital and patients, mobility in healthcare processes, and digital services within the hospital room, which allows the integration of all systems and devices to offer a better patient experience and greater efficiency and quality of care.
